Visual Attention on Artificial Retina

This work is about the implementation of a bio-inspired visual attention approach on a numeric retina. However, this approach implies taking into account the architectural and algorithmic contexts, which are radically different. We developed different steps of a digital visual attention model based on saliency maps, on a numeric retina PVLSAR34. The algorithmic approach is massively parallel, and treatments are multi-scale.
